Some of the topics discussed will be: How I used my home equity to invest and how to do it in a safe way. Why I like to invest in multifamily units here and out of state, various strategies for buying properties. I'm going to speak about long-distance landlording and give some universal principles for attracting what you want in your life, including real estate and financial security.
